How to: Natural Skin Rejuvenation without Surgery

Sit straight and close your eyes again, but this time lift your eyebrows and stretch your eyelids as far as possible. Do this while keeping your eyes closed. Hold that position for at least 10 seconds, and then relax. Repeat 10 times.

Face Beauty Tip Two: Exercising your Forehead

Place your index fingers just below your eyebrows and above your eyes. Pull down while you raising your eyebrows. This action should be repeated 10 times.

Face Beauty Tip Three: Neck & Chin Exercises

The neck and chin area are not usually considered as part of the face but they do age just as quickly, if not quicker than the face. As an added bonus, any exercise you do for your neck and chin will also work the muscles in your face.

In order to exercise your neck, sit straight and tilt your head back gently. Maintain your lips together and relaxed, then slowly move your lower lip so that it places itself over your upper lip. Hold and count to ten; repeat ten times.

When exercising your chin: lean your head back as you did for the previous exercise, while keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Now, make an O-shaped ring with your mouth and hold while counting to twenty. When finished, relax and bring your head back to its normal upright position.
