Sit in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Keep your eyes closed throughout the exercise. Look up and look down as far as possible; repeat 10-15 times.

Sit straight and close your eyes again. Lift your eyebrows and stretch your eyelids down as far as possible by keeping your eyes closed. Hold the position for 10 seconds, relax and repeat 10 times.

Forehead Exercises

This face beauty tip will help keep your forehead taut. Place your index fingers directly below your brows and pull down while you raise your eyebrows. Repeat this exercise 10 times everyday.

Neck and Chin Exercises to help Minimize the Sagging

The neck and chin may not be a part of the face, but any exercise you do to keep them taut will also help workout the muscles in your face.

For your neck: sit straight and tilt your head back gently. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Now, move your lower lip over your top lip as far as you can and count to ten; repeat ten times.

For your chin: lean your head back as you did for the previous exercise, keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Now, make an O-shaped ring with your mouth and hold while counting to twenty. Relax and bring your head back to its normal position.
